We’re still roaring with excitement! Dinorito was recently featured on KSAT’s Texas Eats with David Elder, and let’s just say—it was a prehistoric moment we won’t soon forget.
In case you missed it, David stopped by our home at the El Camino food truck park to sink his teeth into what we do best: loaded barbecue beef rib burritos. That’s right—a burrito so bold, it brings together the smoky, fall-off-the-bone magic of Garcia Barbecue with the over-the-top flavor you’ve come to expect from us.
A Collaboration Worth Celebrating
For those just joining the herd, Dinorito is the brainchild of Ricky Ortiz and Alex Garcia of Garcia Barbecue. We joined culinary forces to give San Antonio something it didn’t know it was missing—a mashup of Texas barbecue and Jurassic-sized cravings. No ferns, no foliage. Just pure, unapologetic flavor for carnivores who know what they want.
And according to David Elder, we delivered. (Spoiler: he loved it.)
Watch the Feature
You can catch the full segment where David digs into our signature barbecue beef rib burrito and learns more about what makes Dinorito tick. It’s the perfect way to get hungry for your next visit.
